Tokenization without the jargon

Tokenization means wrapping a real-world asset (a bond, a GIC, a bank deposit) in a digital certificate on a permissioned ledger. The certificate carries rules: who can hold it, who can trade it, and what compliance checks must pass before it moves.

4orm does not issue the deposit. Your bank issues the deposit and authorizes the token. 4orm provides the tokenization machinery and the settlement layer that composes title, cash, and rules together.

In one sentence: Tokenization turns an institutional asset into something that can settle with delivery versus payment on a shared record - without leaving the regulated banking system.
